Studio Bell / King Edward Hotel

This is an iconic structure and is a staple in the East Village District of downtown Calgary. Durwest completed the waterproofing system at this project using the ePro system to ensure complete water tightness. The system installed included a complete thermal layer with an additional 3 layers of complex waterproofing in order to detail project requirements from a shored foundation wall to finished concrete.

Rehabilitation work extended to the historic King Eddie Hotel where the waterproofing system required upgrades and new installations in order to perform to today’s standards.
