Waterfront / Parkside Towers

Construction in East Eau Claire began in early 2007 and the vision came to completion over 3 phases in late 2018 with Durwest Construction completing over 200,000 square feet of hot applied waterproofing along with pedestrian deck coatings to 100’s of balconies. Parkside topped off construction in 2018 finalizing the construction of the development adjacent to Princess Island Park alongside the Bow River.
